1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Refund Policy establishes the conditions and procedures for refunding funds for purchasing a Premium subscription on the TeeUnion project.

1.2. The TeeUnion project is a network of DDraceNetwork/Teeworlds game servers: https://teeunion.ru.

1.3. By purchasing a Premium subscription, the User confirms their agreement with the provisions of this Policy.

2. REFUND CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURES

2.1. Refunds are issued to the same bank card or electronic wallet (via the YooKassa payment system) from which the payment was made.

2.2. A refund is possible exclusively in the event of technical inability to provide the service — if the Premium subscription was not issued to the User's account within 7 (seven) days from the moment of successful transaction confirmation.

2.3. In other cases, refunds for an activated subscription of any duration (1 month, 1 year, 2 years) are not issued.

2.4. Refunds are not provided, including, for the following reasons:

Blocking of the User's account for violating TeeUnion server rules;
Voluntary refusal of the User to continue playing;
Temporary maintenance or disruptions on project servers;
Changes to the composition of Premium subscription features by the Administration.

3. REFUND PROCEDURE IN CASE OF NON-PROVISION OF SERVICE

3.1. If the service was not provided for technical reasons, the User must contact technical support.

3.2. The request must include:

In-game nickname and contact Email;
Date, payment amount, and receipt details from the YooKassa payment system;
Description of the issue (subscription was not activated).

3.3. The processing time for a refund request is up to 5 (five) business days.

3.4. If the request is approved, the refund is initiated within 48 hours. The time for funds to be credited to the User's account depends on the rules of the card-issuing bank (usually 1 to 30 business days).
