1.1. This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the relations between the TeeUnion project Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") and the users (hereinafter referred to as the "User") purchasing a Premium subscription.
1.2. The TeeUnion project is a network of DDraceNetwork/Teeworlds game servers available at: https://teeunion.ru.
1.3. By paying for a subscription, the User unconditionally accepts the terms of this Agreement in full (public offer).
1.4. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement. The updated version comes into force from the moment of its publication on the website unless otherwise provided by the version itself.
2.1. The Premium subscription provides the User with access to extended functionality on the project servers:
2.2. The subscription is valid on all servers of the TeeUnion network.
2.3. The Administration has the right to expand the list of Premium features without charging an additional fee.

3.2. Payment for Services is processed through the YooKassa payment system in the currency of the Russian Federation (Russian ruble).
3.3. The service is provided on a one-time basis for the selected period. There is no auto-renewal (automatic payment).
3.4. Subscription activation occurs automatically within 24 hours after successful transaction confirmation by the payment system.
4.1. Refunds are made to the bank card or electronic wallet from which the payment was made, exclusively in case of technical inability to provide the service (for example, if the subscription was not issued to the account within 7 days from the moment of payment confirmation).
4.2. In other cases (account blocking for rule violations, voluntary abandonment of the game, changes in functionality), refunds are not provided, as access to digital content (Premium features) is considered granted.
5.1. The Administration is obliged to: provide the declared subscription functionality, ensure server availability, and offer technical support.
5.2. The Administration has the right to: change the composition of features, conduct maintenance, and restrict User access to servers for violating project rules without compensation.
5.3. The User is obliged to: comply with the general rules of TeeUnion servers, not share account data with third parties, and not use third-party software (cheats, bots, exploits).
5.4. The User has the right to: use the provided Premium features for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6.1. The Administration is not responsible for Internet interruptions, technical issues on the User's or YooKassa payment system's side, or the actions of third parties.
6.2. In the event of an account ban for violating project rules, the subscription is not suspended, and funds for the unused period are not refunded.
